ABOUT ME
My journey into psilocybin facilitation grew from a deep fascination with consciousness exploration and a commitment to supporting others through transformative psychedelic experiences. As a lifelong student of rational psychonautics and as a mental health professional, I'm dedicated in my career to creating safe, inclusive spaces for healing and growth.
My professional experience spans from working as a Med-Tech in memory care facilities to being a Peer Support Specialist running groups and individual sessions. I have supported marginalized communities, including LGBTQ+, veterans, disabled, and elderly individuals. I've facilitated and lectured seasonal Oregon Peer Support Specialist Trainings. With formal training from the Alma Institute's psilocybin facilitation program and with this combination of experiences, I have gained a profound understanding of how to support people through vulnerable altered states while maintaining clear professional boundaries and ethical standards.
MY PRACTICE
I provide individualized psilocybin facilitation services, focusing on one-on-one sessions to ensure dedicated attention to each client's unique journey. My services include preparation sessions, psilocybin administration sessions, and integration support, all conducted within Oregon's legal framework.
Our Work Together
Preparation sessions help establish trust, an understanding of your intentions, and create a foundation for meaningful experience. These sessions can be conducted virtually or in-person, allowing us to develop appropriate rapport and ensuring you feel fully prepared for your journey. During these sessions, we'll carefully consider dosage options that align with your comfort level and intentions.
Administration sessions will take place at licensed service centers, where we work together in a safe, supportive environment. We will follow a protocol decided upon during preparation sessions. Such protocols are potentially very open ended, client directed, with suggestions from the facilitator tailored to my specializations. Journaling of the experience, generated and curated music playlists, structured and open ended conversation on intention and personal topics, review of personal writings and materials and memories.
Integration sessions are meant to help you process and incorporate insights from your experience into daily life. Both to get the most out of the experience and navigate any turbulence that may come up as a result. Integration sessions are available both virtually and in-person.
While there are minimum session requirements per state regulations, we can discuss additional preparation and integration sessions based on your individual needs and goals. Each person's journey is unique, and we'll work together to create a service package or schedule follow ups that best support your process.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
Psilocybin is a naturally occurring Psychedelic compound found in over 200 species of mushrooms, often referred to as "magic mushrooms." For centuries, Indigenous and tribal communities worldwide have used psilocybin for spiritual, ceremonial, and other purposes. In Oregon, regulated psilocybin services are now a legal option for individuals seeking therapeutic experiences.
-
Currently, regulations allow for the consumption of psilocybin orally by eating the mushrooms, drinking a beverage with powdered mushroom, or consuming a pill containing psilocybin. As regulations evolve, new methods of consumption may become available. Manufacturing supply will effect available forms of the medication

Experiences vary among individuals but may include changes in perception, visions, euphoria, resurfacing of memories and emotions, and sometimes transcendent experiences. Effects can vary depending on various factors, and each session is unique.
Individuals may come prepared with an intention to process certain emotions or tackle personal topics, these intentions can be developed with the facilitator as well as a collaborative protocol to approach such things.

We will greet eachother sometime before the start of the session and do some work to orient you to the space, review documents, some house keeping, and some of the relevant safety plans and policies.
We will go over our preparation to refresh ourselves and make sure things are aligned with your intentions.
We will wait until a service center worker is available to administer you the medication, and likely engage in some calming activities to ease you into the experience. We may incorporate some sensory isolation and lay you down in a comfortable position. Do some check ins to evaluate the substance taking hold. Depending on the process we may play some music or engage in some activities to pass the time.
We may have you review personal writings of things you wanted to say to yourself, journal about your thoughts, ask you questions about your experience or topics you wanted to engage in, play music that may be curated to you liking and adapted to the session as well as music generated with lyrics and style of your choosing reviewed by you prior to the session.
I will assess your tolerance for these activities first and redirect you to them if you get off track, or help you explore new threads of interest as they come up. Some activities might be dependent on the course of dose curve and intensity of the substance. We will figure out a desired level of redirection or prompting before session, though at high levels of distress we will redirect away to more comfortable subjects activities or engage the safety plan.
We will wind down as the substance clears and generally be more reflective as your mind clears. Before you leave we likely will set some space for you to clear your mind and go out into the real world. We will coordinate with your transportation to arrive once its clear you are close enough to baseline from being altered and can leave safely. We will then say our goodbyes until the first integration session.
